Hawai'i-nei comes to Beatrice Wood Center for the Arts with an afternoon of performances. Kamaka Brown will act as Master of Ceremonies for a show that features Aunty Geri Kuhia, who sings in the old Hawaiian style. Soft, sweet and melodious, Aunty Geri’s voice is from another time and place, reminiscent of the iconic vocalists of last century's Hawaii. She will be joined by singer/songwriter Kimo Williams, as well as Rona Koe and her dancers. The Center will be transformed into Old Hawaii, with guitar, ukulele, singing and dancing. Join us for this outdoor performance on the back patio of the Center on the Hawaiian island called Ojai.
